1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

By visiting, registering an account, or booking any session on YourSelfAndMe (https://yourselfandme.com/), you legally agree to comply with these Terms of Service. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to book sessions and create an account.

2. Nature of Service & Absolute Non-Therapy Rule

YourSelfAndMe is a structured human conversation and practice platform. We provide friendly conversations, language speaking practice (English, French, German, Arabic), confidence coaching, and accountability calls. WE ARE NOT A MEDICAL, PSYCHIATRIC, OR CLINICAL THERAPY SERVICE. If you are seeking mental health treatment or clinical therapy, you must consult a licensed medical professional.

3. Account Security & Verification

When creating an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password. You must notify us immediately at support@yourselfandme.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. User Code of Conduct & Zero Tolerance Policy

YourSelfAndMe maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against any abusive behavior. All calls and messages must remain courteous, dignified, and safe for both clients and coaches. Prohibited behaviors include:

• Sexual harassment, sexually explicit language, or requests for nudity/erotic interactions.
• Hate speech, racism, discriminatory remarks, threats, intimidation, or aggressive conduct.
• Recording, broadcasting, or publishing session audio/video without explicit prior written consent from all participants.

5. Pricing, Booking & Manual Bank Transfers

All session fees are priced in Euros (€ EUR): 15-Minute Session (€15.00), 45-Minute Session (€40.00), and 60-Minute Session (€60.00). Payments are executed exclusively via manual SEPA/IBAN bank transfer using your unique booking payment reference (YSM-PAY-XXXXXX). Sessions are confirmed only after payment verification by our administration.

6. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

• 24-Hour Notice: Advance Notice (24+ Hours): Clients may reschedule or cancel any session free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time, receiving full credit or refund.
• Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations within 24 hours of the session, or failure to attend the scheduled call within 10 minutes of start time, are strictly non-refundable.
• Coach Cancellation: Coach Cancellation: If a coach is unable to conduct a scheduled session due to unforeseen emergencies or technical failures, you will be offered an immediate free reschedule or 100% refund.

7. Intellectual Property & Brand Rights

All visual elements, logos, artwork, software, texts, graphics, and the Cosmo space robot mascot on YourSelfAndMe are the exclusive intellectual property of YourSelfAndMe. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable commercial and consumer protection regulations. In the event of any question or dispute, please contact our team at support@yourselfandme.com to seek an amicable resolution.
